Meet Our Founders

PBS, co-founded by the Pua seven siblings, boasts a leadership team with extensive experience in the financial sector. Led by CEO Pua Lian Beng, a trailblazer with 33 years of experience, the team includes CKO Pua Lian Keng, CFO Pua Lay Lian, CRO Pua Lian Kok, CCO Pua Liang Hock, CMO Pua Lian Peng and COO Pua Lian Hoo.

Together, they form a cohesive and dynamic force that fuels PBS's success.

CEO

Pua Lian Beng

Pua Lian Beng, the eldest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently holds the position of CEO. Being the trailblazer who took the first step into the insurance industry, he is revered as the family's role model. With his extensive 33 years of experience, he serves as a stabilizing force and plays a core role in PBS' development. Furthermore, his keen interest in company contracts, agency law, and related matters empowers him to assertively advocate for clients' interests whenever required.

CKO

Pua Lian Keng

Pua Lian Keng, the second eldest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently serves as its CKO. With a career spanning 26 years in the insurance sector, he is a seasoned analytical expert, specializing in the evaluation of various insurance products. As a distinguished Great Eastern Attained Trainer, he demonstrates exceptional proficiency in training and developing talents and new recruits.

CFO

Pua Lay Lian

Pua Lay Lian, the third eldest and sole female among the seven siblings, is a co-founder of PBS and holds the position of CFO. Having gathered 25 years of invaluable experience in the insurance sector, she is a highly adept professional in all matters related to insurance. Skillfully maintaining a harmonious equilibrium between her professional responsibilities and family life, she displays exceptional proficiency in handling financial affairs.

CRO

Pua Lian Kok

Pua Lian Kok, the fourth eldest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently serves as its CRO. Over his extensive 28-year career in the insurance sector, he has cultivated particularly robust and profound connections with his clients. Demonstrating remarkable skill in talent development and recruitment, he places significant emphasis on team motivation and promoting a cohesive company culture.

Pua Liang Hock

Pua Liang Hock, the fifth eldest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently serves as its CCO. Having accumulated 25 years of experience in the insurance field, he is a dynamic expert equipped with a diverse range of distinctive selling abilities. Effortlessly forming enduring connections, his strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities enable him to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.

CMO

Pua Lian Peng

Pua Lian Peng, the sixth eldest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently serves as its CMO. Having amassed 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, he is an exceptionally innovative and forward-thinking expert, with a special emphasis on long-term strategies. Prioritizing sustainability, he stands as a major driving force behind PBS's modernization and commitment to sustainable development.

Pua Lian Hoo

Pua Lian Hoo, the youngest among the seven siblings, co-founded PBS and currently serves as its COO. He possesses remarkable sales skills and exhibits exceptional talent in the art of selling. As a career-driven professional with a strong belief in the significance of insurance, he is committed to advocating for the best interests of his clients. With 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, he stands as an accomplished and experienced individual.
